Frequently Asked Questions

The pilot program involves three key time commitments:

  • Coaching sessions: Continue your regular coaching practice (1+ session per week recommended)
  • Recording commitment: Record 1-2 coaching sessions per week using JourneyLoop's recording bot
  • Group meetings: 5 total meetings - 1 kickoff session + 4 weekly debrief sessions (Fridays)

Most coaches find the program fits naturally into their existing practice, with group meetings being the main scheduled commitment.

No - you can use any virtual meeting platform you prefer!

JourneyLoop works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other popular video platforms. You simply invite JourneyLoop's recording bot to join your virtual session, and it handles the recording automatically. You're free to use whichever platform works best for you and your clients.

It's incredibly simple:

  1. Schedule your coaching session on your preferred virtual meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.)
  2. Invite JourneyLoop's recording bot to the meeting (just like inviting a regular participant)
  3. The bot joins your session automatically and handles all the recording
  4. You focus entirely on coaching - JourneyLoop takes care of the rest

There's no technical setup required, no software to install, and no recording buttons to remember. It just works.

Yes - coaches are responsible for obtaining informed consent from their clients before recording sessions. This is standard practice in professional coaching and demonstrates respect for client privacy and autonomy.

Most coaches find that clients are comfortable with recording once they understand how the sessions will be used to enhance their coaching experience. JourneyLoop provides guidance on how to have these conversations with clients.

There's no catch - we're in early-stage beta and want your feedback.

JourneyLoop is evolving, and we're inviting early adopters to help shape the platform. Your real-world coaching experiences and honest feedback are invaluable as we refine the product. We're building JourneyLoop with coaches, not just for them.

What's in it for us? We hope you'll fall in love with JourneyLoop during the pilot and consider a subscription when you're ready. But there's zero pressure - the pilot is free regardless of what you decide afterwards.

Group meetings are collaborative learning sessions where you'll:

  • Share experiences: Discuss what's working, what's challenging, and what surprises you about AI-assisted coaching
  • Learn techniques: Discover practical ways to integrate AI insights into your coaching conversations
  • Explore ethics: Navigate important questions about AI, privacy, and the future of coaching
  • Build community: Connect with other coaches who are also exploring this frontier

These aren't lectures - they're conversations where your voice and experience matter.

The technical requirements are minimal:

  • A virtual meeting platform you already use (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • A stable internet connection for your coaching sessions
  • That's it!

JourneyLoop's recording bot handles everything else automatically. No special software to install, no recording equipment needed on your end, and no technical expertise required.

Perfect! If you already have recorded coaching sessions or transcripts, you can use those instead of recording new sessions during the pilot.

This is a great way to get started quickly and see how JourneyLoop analyzes your existing coaching conversations. Just let us know during onboarding, and we'll help you upload your existing materials.
