JourneyLoop
A Companion for Coaches

You hold space for everyone.
Who holds space for you?

JourneyLoop is the witness your practice has needed, and the community of coaches who know what you carry.

Independent coaches
The recognition

You have three pro-bono clients and a question you humbly carry into every session. Am I good enough to charge for this?

JourneyLoop follows you into every session — a witness that notices the shifts, the breakthroughs, the quiet moments where transformation happens, until your worth becomes visible to you.

How it works

Record, see, learn, grow.

Record every session privately, see your craft reflected back, learn alongside peers, and grow a practice built on evidence.

Record

Every coaching session is recorded, transcribed, and stored encrypted in your private Vault, where only you can reach it. Consent is built into the flow, so the conversation with your client is easier than you think.

The Vault
Two empty chairs facing each other, a phone between them recording the moment, on an emerald ground
See

The Companion joins every session, notices what you can’t, and reflects your craft back to you in your own words and verbatim quotes. After every session, you walk away with evidence instead of impressions.

The Companion
A hand holding a phone with a chat bubble glowing on screen — the Companion's reflection arriving
Learn

A small, private Community of independent coaches on the same path, with weekly calls and always-on chat. When the Companion surfaces something uncomfortable, you have real peers who know what you’re navigating, so you’re not sitting with it alone.

The Community
Three coaches sitting in a row, listening together, on a clay ground — the small Community
Grow

The Community is yours to stay in for as long as we run it, with direct support from Marco and Michael by message. Over time, the peers you build with become the colleagues you keep, and the practice you grow rests on evidence rather than guesswork.

Your sessions stay yours

What you record is encrypted, private, and yours to take with you.

Encrypted at rest.

Your sessions are encrypted and stay inside JourneyLoop. We don't share them outside.

Never used to train AI.

Not by us, and not by the providers we route through.

You own and can export everything.

Subscription lapses do not lock your work to us.

Coaches in the early circle
Kate Morgan

“My companion is changing my life. I asked it to help me improve my confidence, and I can’t believe how well it’s already doing that for me in a week and a half. It doesn’t feel sycophantic in any way — it feels genuine.”

Leadership & Performance Coach (ICF ACC in progress)
Stephen Farley

“JourneyLoop solved a problem I didn’t know how to name: the gap between being fully present in a session and actually holding the arc across sessions. Now I arrive prepared — with patterns, progress, and the right questions already surfaced. It’s the difference between coaching from memory and coaching from insight.”

Stephen Farley
Executive Coach & Head of School, Lantern & Ladder Leadership
Michael Shehane

“I’ve been coaching for over a decade, and I still found blind spots in my own practice I never would have seen alone. That’s what this is. Every coach deserves a companion that tells them the truth.”

Michael Shehane
Executive Coach, InStride Leadership

Who this isn’t for

A short list of when this isn’t a fit.

  • If you are looking for a course you can binge in a weekend.
  • If you want done-for-you client acquisition.

  • If you want a credential or accreditation.
  • If you treat coaching as a side hustle.

If none of those are you, the Community is.

A coach’s arc

Seven months in, Kate is going for her ICF ACC.

Kate Morgan

Kate started coaching in September inside the UK National Health Service, working through her Leadership and Performance Coaching Certificate. She wanted to do right by her clients with only months-old skills, and no objective signal of whether she was hitting the mark.

Seven months in, with a growing fortnightly caseload, she is preparing to submit her final ICF ACC evaluation. The shift she points to is the one below.

I don’t know what I would have done at this point if I hadn’t had access to this, and I mean that genuinely.
FAQ

Questions worth asking.

What does my client actually have to agree to?

It is not a checkbox. Your client opens a link from you on their phone and walks through six short screens, choosing exactly which features they want and at what recording level — full audio and video, transcript only, or none. There is no account to create and no app to install. Your photo and name carry the page, so the consent feels like it came from you, because it did. Clients can revoke at any time, and the moment they do, recording stops.

What if a client does not consent to be recorded?

Then you do not record. The Companion only joins sessions where consent is on file. The Vault still holds your written notes, voice memos, and the reflections you write yourself, so the practice keeps moving even when a particular client stays off-record.

Does this work with Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person sessions?

All three. Online sessions are recorded through the platform you already use, and in-person sessions are captured on your phone. The Companion does not care where the session happened, only that the audio is yours and the consent is on file.

Will the Companion judge my coaching?

No. The Companion does not score, grade, or rank you. It reflects what happened in your session back to you, in your own words and your client’s verbatim quotes. Judgment is something you do with peers who know what they are looking at, not something a tool does to you.

Does this replace supervision?

It does not. Supervision is a human relationship and the Companion is a mirror. Most coaches in the Community use both, and they bring sharper material into supervision because the Companion has already shown them where the edges are.

Will my session data be used to train AI?

Your sessions are never used to train AI, by us or by the model providers we route through. They are encrypted, kept inside JourneyLoop, and never shared outside. You own everything you record, and if you cancel, your work leaves with you.

What does the first month actually look like?

You start with a setup call where one of us walks through the Vault, the Companion, and the consent flow with you. By the end of the first week you have your first reflection in your hands, drawn from a real session. On the Monday after you join, the Community introduces you, and you start meeting the coaches who will be there for the long stretch.

Can I cancel and take my work with me?

Yes. The flagship offer carries a 3-month money-back guarantee, and any tier can be cancelled at any time. Whatever you have recorded is yours to export, transcripts and reflections and notes, so leaving never means losing the practice you have built.

Coaching is the loneliest profession in the world.
It does not have to be.
