JourneyLoop

We're building the future of coaching. And it stays deeply human.

Wherever you are in the work of coaching, we'll meet you there and take you to the next step.

The Sprint.

For the coach asking, what do I do now? You have the plan for building your business, and somewhere in the middle of it you got lost.

One priority at a time — here, click this, do that — until the stuck thing is done.

The System.

For the coach who's overwhelmed — the sale happened, the clients are here, and keeping track of them is eating the time you'd rather spend coaching.

A system that makes coaching manageable, so you show up prepared, never repeat yourself, and your clients can't believe you remembered.

The Reinvention.

For the coach who's decided this is what I'm doing, and wants the whole practice rebuilt around an evidence-based way of working.

If you're looking to reinvent, here it is — big-picture work, done step by step.

Michael and Marco

An experienced coach and an experienced builder.

JourneyLoop is Michael Shehane and Marco Lamina. Michael is an executive coach who has spent over a decade coaching leaders from Meta, Netflix, Airbnb, Stanford, and Genentech. Marco is a software engineer who left corporate tech to build systems that serve human relationships instead of replacing them.

We trained martial arts together for eight years before we ever worked together, and we carried one belief from the mat into this work: mastery comes from practice that is witnessed, and feedback that is taken seriously. Around the two of us there's a working community — the coaches at the Round Table, and the coaches whose systems we already run quietly behind the scenes.

Let's Talk
“JourneyLoop solved a problem I didn’t know how to name: the gap between being fully present in a session and actually holding the arc across sessions.”

Questions, answered.

Do I need to know what I need before we talk?

No — that's what the conversation is for. Bring what's in the way, and we'll help you name it.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. Twenty minutes, nothing to prepare, and no obligation afterward.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the problem. After the first conversation you get a proposal in writing, usually in more than one size, so you choose how far you want to go before committing to anything.

Who do you work with?

Coaches at every stage — just certified, established and overwhelmed, or ready to reinvent — and organizations that run coaching inside them.

Do you use AI in your work?

Yes, and carefully. We build AI-enabled systems around the way you already coach — the craft stays yours, and the technology stays in service of it.

What happens after the conversation?

If we can help, you'll hear exactly how, in writing. If we can't, we'll say so plainly and point you somewhere better.

Start with a conversation.

Whether you know exactly what's in the way or you're still circling it, thirty minutes is enough to find out what would help.
