- Yes, your coach will always let you know when they're using JourneyLoop to capture your session. You'll see a notification that the session is being transcribed for your mutual benefit.
- Can I opt out of having my sessions recorded?
- Absolutely. While JourneyLoop enhances the coaching experience, you always have the choice. Simply let your coach know if you prefer not to have a particular session recorded.
- How quickly will I receive my session insights?
- Your coach typically reviews and shares insights within 24-48 hours after your session. They may add their own notes and context to make the insights even more valuable for you.
- What if I want to delete my data?
- You have complete control over your data. Your coach can delete your account and data instantly from their Profile settings—everything is removed immediately, with no waiting period. You can also request deletion by contacting support@journeyloop.ai. Please note: while active data is deleted immediately, encrypted disaster recovery backups are retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
