Protecting your IP is fundamental to how we've built JourneyLoop. Unlike platforms that aggregate data or enable cross-coach learning, we keep your practice completely isolated and confidential.
Core IP Protections
You Retain Full Ownership
You retain complete ownership of all coaching content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials you create or upload to JourneyLoop. We claim no rights to your intellectual property.
Our Terms Explicitly State: You own your content. We only have a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
Private by Design
Your coaching methods, frameworks, and techniques are never shared, analyzed across accounts, or made visible to other coaches. Each coach operates in complete isolation.

AI Processes in Isolation
When AI analyzes your sessions, it processes your data in complete isolation. There is no cross-learning, no aggregation, and no sharing of insights between coaches.
Zero Training Policy: Your coaching content is never used to train AI models or improve the system for other coaches. Each analysis is isolated and private.
Clear Legal Terms
Our Terms of Service explicitly protect your IP rights and limit our use of your content to providing the service you've contracted for. No hidden rights grabs or unclear licensing.
No Cross-Coach Learning or Data Sharing
Unlike platforms that pool insights or enable coaches to learn from each other's data, JourneyLoop maintains strict isolation between coaches.
No Aggregate Analytics
We don't analyze or compare coaching methods across accounts to find "best practices" or patterns.

We don't provide data on how your practice compares to other coaches in terms of client volume, session frequency, or outcomes.

What Happens When You Leave
Your intellectual property remains yours, even if you stop using JourneyLoop.
Export Everything
Before deleting your account, export all your content, frameworks, and session data. You retain ownership of this exported data.
Complete Deletion
When you delete your account, all your content is removed from active systems immediately. Encrypted backups are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery, then permanently deleted.
No Retained Rights
We don't retain any rights to your content after account deletion. Your IP is fully yours to use elsewhere.
