What Data We Collect

Session Recordings & Transcripts

When you enable session recording, we use RecallAI to capture audio, video, and text transcripts of coaching sessions. This provides a complete record that forms the foundation of our AI-powered coaching insights.

How it works: RecallAI securely stores audio, video, and transcripts with encryption and compliance-focused security practices. You control when recording is enabled for each session.

Session Metadata

We collect basic information about each session:

  • Session date and duration
  • Client and coach relationship
  • Session title or notes (coach-provided)
  • AI-generated insights and action items

Profile Information

Basic account and profile data for coaches and clients:

  • Name and email address
  • Account creation date and login history
  • Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe)
  • Privacy preferences and notification settings

Usage Analytics

Limited, privacy-focused analytics to improve the platform:

  • Feature usage patterns (which features are used most)
  • Performance metrics (page load times, errors)
  • Device and browser information

Note: Analytics tools never receive session content or client information—only anonymized usage patterns.

What We DON'T Collect

Payment Card Details

Credit card information is processed and stored by Stripe, never by JourneyLoop.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

We currently do not handle PHI as defined by HIPAA. See our HIPAA Considerations section for details.

Browsing Activity Outside JourneyLoop

We don't track your activity on other websites or applications.

Social Media Content

We don't collect or access your social media profiles, posts, or connections.

Precise Geolocation

We don't track your GPS coordinates or precise physical location.
