The Community window
What our Monday calls actually sound like.
Every Monday a small group of coaches meets with Marco and Michael for an hour. Each coach talks about what their companion has been doing for them since the last call — scoring ICF markers, drafting LinkedIn posts, helping with discovery-call follow-ups, summarising months of sessions for a client renewal. Tech questions go to Marco directly. Topics move week to week, but the centre is always the same: how each coach is actually using the tool, in their own practice.
