A small circle
that meets on Mondays.
A small, growing circle of coaches, each with their own Companion, meeting weekly on Google Meet to share what their AI is surfacing, work a Skill together, and shape what ships next. Invite-only.

Not a course. Not a curriculum.
The job is small and clear: shrink the isolation of solo practice, sharpen your method by sharing it with peers, build the confidence to charge for what you do, and co-create the Skills that make every Companion better.
It’s not a generic peer-support group. The cohort is organised around real Companion-driven practice — the shared language is what people are seeing in their own AI-driven reflections. Without a Companion, the conversations would be opaque.
A small but growing circle — currently free, currently invite-only. When charging starts, members joining before launch get an early-adopter discount.
One call a week, then a steady hum.
Mondays at 10:00 AM PT, on Google Meet, recorded. The rest of the week is async, in a Telegram group chat, where coaches share what’s coming up and ask each other questions. DMs to Marco and Michael for product issues.
A low-noise Telegram channel.
A single group chat for the cohort — always on, never urgent. Coaches share what came up, what their Companion did or didn’t notice, and ask each other questions. Forum-topic-split (tech, coffee corner, coaches-only) is on the roadmap.
A practice forming, growing carefully.
Independent coaches with a practice forming, committed to coaching full-time — whether mid-certification or just out (Brown ACT, New Ventures West, ICF, similar paths). A handful of clients already on the calendar — enough to record real sessions every week — and an appetite for more. The bar is willingness to be seen in early-stage messiness.
Portrait placeholders · real coaches
I just have to show up and know something is going to help. I’m not going to stand still and run in place. Every time I show up there, it’s gonna move the needle in one way or the other.
Two short honest lists.
- +You’re committed to coaching full-time — whether mid-certification or just out (Brown ACT, New Ventures West, ICF, similar paths).

- +You’re comfortable being seen in early-stage messiness with peers.
- +You want to articulate your method and price it confidently.
- —You’re looking for a lead-gen room or a “first clients” pipeline. The Community is for method clarity, not for finding clients.
- —You’re an established 7-figure-practice coach looking for peers at your level.
- —Your certification program prohibits external recording.
- —You can’t reliably make Mondays at 10 AM PT (we have one weekly slot today).
- —You’re treating coaching as a side hustle.
The other two threads.
A personal AI thought partner in Telegram, shaped by Michael’s coaching practice. It catches your blind spots and helps you articulate your method.
