Not a course, and not a curriculum.
The job is small and clear: shrink the isolation of solo practice, sharpen your method with peers, build the confidence to charge for what you do, and co-create the Skills that ship into every Companion.
Think of it as a digital dojo for independent coaches — the community is the practice space, and the Companion is the guide inside it. The shared language is real Companion practice, not generic peer support.
One call a week, then a steady hum.
Paid members meet Marco and Michael every Monday at 10:00 AM PT for live group coaching on Google Meet, and we record the call so anyone who misses it can catch up. The rest of the week runs async in the community chat — free for everyone — where coaches share what’s coming up and ask each other questions. The live weekly group coaching is part of paid membership.
Three things, before you pay for anything.
Joining the community costs nothing, and you don’t land in a waiting area — free and paid members share the same conversation.
Without the community it’s just you and AI, and we’ve realized how dangerous that can be.
Two short honest lists.

- +You have a handful of coaching clients on your calendar already — enough to record real sessions every week.

- +You want to articulate your method and price it confidently.
- —You’re looking for a lead-gen room or a “first clients” pipeline. The Community is for method clarity, not for finding clients.
- —You’re an established 7-figure-practice coach looking for peers at your level.
- —Your certification program prohibits external recording.
- —You can’t reliably make Mondays at 10 AM PT — we record every call, but the live work is the point.
